I have this twice a year and it always makes me laugh.

 

Today I phoned up Skyperfect to cancel the footie pack - no point in wasting 3800 yen a month June-August.

Anyone else spoken to Skyperfect staff?

 

It's like talking 'with' a robot. But not quite.

They have a perfectly formed script that has lots and lots and lots and lots of words in it - way too many - and they simply do not let you go off course.

You have to sit through all the confirmations, favourite colour, favourite kind of pie, 好きなタイプ, etc (well maybe not) and it's just so goddam long winded.

But oh no, they do not let you take them off course.

 

What could be done in 30 seconds takes 5 minutes.

And at the end they ask if there's anything else! :lol: Noooo, just let me get off the phone please!

 

Anyway, it was fun I suppose.
