SnowJunky in New Zealand August 2011

Recommended Posts

Skied for two weeks straight at Treble Cone - a great mountain with two big bowls and excellent side country.

Conditions ranged from windblown pow and sheet ice peaks to some good powder sprinkled chutes.and largish moguls. I have a heap more POV vids I shot there but will need to edit them down. Will post more soon

Takes a while to load.

Superpipe at Shadow Basin, Treble Cone, Wanaka, New Zealand - Aug 2011

First time on my new fat skis

Conditions - packed powder (AKA Ice), some windblown, plenty of moguls.

You can see the moguls in the shade but they were also just as big in the sunny side but don't show up in the Vid.

The pipe gets quite narrow down the bottom

Amazing terraine and scenary
