Can anyone help... Please?? Ok.... When does the snow season start? When is the peak season? When does school holidays start in Japan? How much roughly does it cost to rent ski equipments and clothings? where is a good place to buy ski clothings in Tokyo? Anything else I should be worrying about? Link to post Share on other sites
Fattwins 0 Posted September 11, 2003 Share Posted September 11, 2003 your looking at a big budget there. 1 buying clothing in a rush isnt good if you want to find deals. 2 travel cost to japan and to the mountain. 3 type of ski resort you want. 4 level are you a first timer 5 what do you want from your mountain. day ticket between 4000 to 5000 yen abot 40 dollas US sometimes less. if you buy 2 or 3 day tickets the price comes down a bit. I can out fit myself with hat golves socks jacket pants for about 20000 man or 160 US if you look at the right time and the right place. Alpen has a real cheap line of clothes good enough for a starter. ski hire about 4000 yen a day or les depending on where you rent from best to shop around. what type of hotel do you want do you want a hostel if so do you want to party or relax by yourself. etc Link to post Share on other sites
