Andon Ryokan - Minowa Tokyo - good location to explore ?

I've booked into Andon Ryokan near Minowa underground station for 4 nights when i arrive into Tokyo 15th January.

 

I realise this is in a quiet residential area, which i don't mind, but how easy is it to get around Tokyo from this location ? I think the underground closes at midnight if i'm out on the lash in the bars of Tokyo will it cost me a fortune to get back to this location in a taxi ?

 

I don't think it is but i just don't want to be stuck out in the sticks and have a mission to get around Tokyo.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
