cheeseman 1
I was reading an article about wikipedia and it mentioned some of the words that were protected or semi-protected. Some protected ones, that can only be changed by admin: George Bush Uma Thurman Dick Cheney transvestic fetishism the Battle of Normandy Some semi-protected ones that can only be changed by registered people for more than 4 days: "gay" "Jew" "nigger" Halle Berry Fidel Castro. Then it says, Quote: For some reason "cheese" is a favourite with the vandals too

bobby12 0
wikipedia is going to get more and more closed in this way it seems. I tried to add an article recently and they just flat out deleted it, i was pretty shocked by how harsh and insulting they were about it too. no constructive criticism or anything, just rude comments or 'pls delete' etc. its totally an old boys club, only people in their little gang can contribute. i find many areas of the internet full of asses like this. rach 1
I know very little about wikipedia, but I can imagine the crap they have to put up with. Perhaps they are at breaking point?
