guzzlers-baps 0
This may be a stupid question, just ignore me if it is no insults please But, if I just want to just have really decent photos on my PC and maybe print some out (to photo size), is there really a need for 5 megapixel or above settings? A friend told me that with them you can "print out really big" and the like. But I don't need to do that! I'd rather have smaller files and be manageable but at the same time still be decent quality. nzlegend 1
One word cropping - If you have a 7mega photo you can crop it, zoom in on the zone you want and still have sharp detail and print out big photos. Gives you options Low resolution photos will become grainy. Thats the one big advantage of having a lots of pixels
miteyak 0
For a photo printout up to 2L size, lesser pixels will be fine. If you really never want to crop or go larger, save the money and the memory!
