During said jog, and for no apparent reason, my ankle rolled and I heard a loud snap. A trip to the doctor ensued, and she confirmed that I've re-injured a ligament I tore a few years ago. I'm sad as we are in the process of planning a ski trip to Japan. Hopefully I'll be all healed by January. What's the worst injury you've ever had? Sorry if this has been done already, I'm new...
