All those resorts you visited near Hakuba in the last week, was there decent snow cover? im really trying to figure out if it is worth my money to come over for a week or 2 beginning april 7th and finding out snow reports is a bit vague. im not really a fan of the park, more just riding, any of piste/ trail/ in the trees free riding... was it any good or not worth it? hope to hear from you, thanks matt

Hi everyone I am an experienced Snowboarder who has found some cheap airfares to Japan for April 5th till April 21st. (i am a travel agent I am thinking to come to Japan to go Snowboarding for 2 weeks, mainly around Hakuba and the Nagano area. Is it worth it? Would Hokkaido have better snow? It seems many resorts are about to close (resort websites in Japanese so I don't know?), it hasn't snowed in weeks and the snow reports don't sound very good so hard to make decision. I like spring skiing ok, it can still be fun (not like powder but ok) I want some opinions please... Is th
