    With resort jobs which include free accommodation, meals and lift pass does that usually also include borrowing a set of skis and boots for free? Or would they have to be hired/bought for extra?

    I've found out it's 32,000 yen one-way. I'd want to work the season at a resort and thought Niseko sounds more fun than Hakuba.
