I'm all for admitting my own deficiencies.
One of my glaring ones is a lack of patience. If I ask something I want an answer quick.
I hate waiting, it drives me up the wall and I get real worked up when something is done obviously slower than it could/should be.
Anyone else the same?
Guilty of the same.

Like your toy, Chriselle.
Hows the insurance on that thing?

You know, I can't recall seeing a Samsung tv here.....

I often wonder if policemen off duty get done for speeding.
Let's say speeding is doing 40kmh in a 30kmh area or some such similar.
As no doubt many of them will do it, apart from a few who have large sticks up their bottoms.

Kagura really do well keeping the snow around up there.

Enjoyed that one, but somehow disappointed was expecting more.

Good write up there, ippy, as usual.
Ryuoo is certainly worth a visit, easily over Togari or Kijimadaira for me.

Still hard to believe it wasn't that long ago when it was 245 yen to a pound. Imagine the bonanza if you get to ship money over at that rate.

Yeah the 47 got up to 10cm on the upper areas so they say.

I can't see anyone disputing that if you are keen and want to hike up high you can go skiing.
But, 'winter' has left the building. And that's what the thread is about if you care to look.
Almost everyone else in the whole wide world would call it 'spring' or perhaps 'early summer'.
But April, May and June sure ain't 'winter'.
-
A rebound like last March seems highly unlikely.
So we must just enjoy the spring.

Isn't that robot language?

Pretty wild in Hakuba this morning.
Thunder storm, lifts mostly closed.
Extremely warm early this morning.

When I was looking at land in Hakuba a couple years back I found a cracking block. Asked the agent the price, was told what it was and that was firm and I agreed to pay it. Then right at the end of the process when the contracts were about to be signed out of the blue the price increased by 25% if I recall correctly so I told them to jamn it. It appears there's lots of different practices that can happen in Japan but not in Australia like agents buying places and flipping them with a fat margain without any disclosure etc. None of the agents I've dealt with and am currently dealing with seem too keen to seal a deal. Almost unnerving
Hakuba Cowboys!

Not being catty.
Just shows how perhaps dudes getting excited over snow tend not to be the ones to listen to.
