It's good to hear of course but like DumbStick said.... places have been known to close again as snow dries up. Hopefully that won't happen of course. If they have 1m up there, it would seem to be a decent start.

Tsugaike always feels is suffers for not actually being in Hakuba.
(And it's probably right!)

And I've said it before but I think that the people who go over the top and are unable to click out of their marketing mode do more harm than good in the long term.
Some are more guilty than others of course.
