I am getting used to Windows 8 now. Though as someone else says that tile screen thing just seems a waste of time to me. Feels like Windows 7 with some not needed nonsense bolted on.

One of my friends has a Secom system.
It has the usual window/door sensors, as well as a fire/smoke thing connected to them as well.
Also the olders both have a simple button gizmo that they press a button and the Secom guys will turn up which seems a handy thing to have.
They pay about 5000 yen a month.

I was just reading Mr Wiggle's review of Happo-one and I must say I totally agree about the moguls.
It really is a problem and if they can't see it then they are... well, yeah.

Some friends of mine were talking about the exact same thing last week when they were here. They were none too pleased, and won't be going back to Happo.

Yes it is, totally north facing. Base of Goryu is more like east facing.
