you can also do it on the touch screens at any most JR stations. I used to head over to Meguro, jump on the touch screen and get my discount pack plan tickets.

Believe me, we did. Actually, some of them used the snowjapan site, but not the forums. They thanked us for our hard work at putting up all that information and we gladly took credit and told them to check back often.
Peraps SJ Capes would be a good way to spot SJ crew on the mountain?
-
It would be good to have some way to spot forum members on the mountain. Everytime we came across a forigner and asked them if they were Snow Japan forum members, they gave us a puzzled look. It would be kewl to be able to tell forum members from the random Aussie tourist at a glance....

I take it you hit Okemo and Loon a few times? I'm now living in Boston - any recommendations? I've only been to Loon and Killington. -
software, not hardware...

B'z rock! I've been into them since the early 90s.

Tsonda's doing good work to save all our asses. But remember, geological time is much longer than our lifetime - so I wouldn't worry too much.

Did you took part in the editing process Jib?
Nope, we just sell them the gear, they make the magic. -

We're a Japan winter sports website. We have a photo section where we welcome people to upload photos that are relevant to the subject. But if we allow anyone to upload and 'host' any kind of photos - babies, their house back home, mum & dad, granny Ethel, celebs.... that really decreases the value of our Photo section (for everyone).
There are plenty of places to upload photos for free on the web. If you upload a photo there, you can easily link it in to the forums using .
Hope that makes sense. Thank you.
SJ, Not to worry, i'm not bitter at all. I can understand the policy and it makes a lot of sense.
What I am salty about is the fact that I can't snowboard while i'm in Japan (but that's for another thread). -
If snowboard/ski porn is on your list of things for Santa to stuff in your stocking this year - what are the recommended titles?
I'm thinking Mack Dawg's "Picture This" is worth a watch - Shaun White, Jeremy Jones, and my fav - Jussi Oksanen.

I never tried it in English - I thought that the special price option disappears in english...good for folks to know that.
