I have noticed this season that Gala Yuzawa doesn't seem be closed much due to winds. Last season in particular it seemed to be closed a few days a week, but it has been very rare this time. Is it due to there not being winds, or something else they have done?

I haven't won anything this season yet but also want to say a big big thanks for all those lovely daily reports from around Japan - to SJ for putting them all together and for the people posting them.
I can imagine a huge amount of effort must go into those posting them day after day for 5 months or so and I'm sure that a large number of people appreciate them.
So on behalf of all of us, otsukaresama desu.
