Just join in seeing as though I might be going there with giggsy. Thanks for the input people, we're hoping we can get this done this year although it may well turn out to be next year when it actually happens.

That Arai place sounds interesting. We are thinking of doing this area (Myoko is nearby right?), and Nozawa and other places in Nagano. Looks like that might be a good holiday.

Anyone who has been watching a lot of Beckham for many years like me (simply because he played for the team I have a season ticket for!) will know that he wasn't fit. Look at his stomach for a start - putting on the pounds there. That, along with his general decline over the last 2 years and all the bullshit that goes with him.
I know what you mean - I just want to watch a good game, not just bullshit defensive play.
Now I must get some sleep.

I could go into this in detail, but not time right now (work!). Becks in his day - which I believe is now past - was a class player.... in a different way from the others you quote here. Theres no limit to the number of "world class players". Don't agree with you on the Brazil thing. (Take a look at one of the people on the bench at United this last season for proof of that).
His quality pinpointing and set pieces on countless occasions won games for us (us being Manchester United), and as well as that his workrate and dedication to United was top rate. No complaints there. His last season at United saw a dip and I'm glad he was sold for the big bucks. Fergie made the right choice.

OK here's the deal. This coming winter me and a few mates want to take a 2 week or so holiday with a big chunk of that being snowboarding.
We're arguing over going to Canada or Japan? Japan is currently winning coz of the eggzotikk and "culture" part (
).What do you reckon? (None of us are experts - upper beginner / lower inter something like that)

2 weeks of skiing 5 years back.
1 week of snowboarding last seaosn and the one before in France/Austria
