I do prefer to toast the bunions before hand. Tends to give more accurate information like the season starting date of the 28th of November. And yes I got "VERY snowy year" as well.

    lol

"manage to make every single post you make"

"I did say Almost every post."

    hmmmmm

Might be best to read what you wrote before quoting yourself

    lol

It's quite incredible how you seem to manage to make every single post you make sound like it's copy/pased from marketing promotion literature.

If you read down a little from the top I am not too sure what marketing literature available has sly digs at Thursday. (there is probably something out there though) Anyway I did cut and paste the info at the start. Sorry not to rewrite everything. I'll try and change a few words for you next time.
  4. Welcome JP. I would head to one of the resorts to start with then maybe a day or 2 in Tokyo in between then the other resort leaving you a few days at the end to play with and recover. NYE although I haven't done it myself in Tokyo is by all accounts pretty big especially around Shibuya. Both resorts should have plenty of snow by that time so toss a coin and hope you score at both.

  5. Kids of any ages are pretty well looked after in Hakuba. Youngens can go to creche, ski age can be put into all day lessons, teens can sleep in and be dropped off at the park to meet up with the parents later. That seems to look after most categories. Occasionally you get the family that want to ski from first lifts to last all together. Sjd mentioned about least amount of travelling so I would say Honshu with a taxi straight out to Hakuba is pretty good.
