On this forum, some people have described how you can get compensation from a resort for injuries that occur onpiste, but unless its a lift pylon falling on you, why is the resort responsible?[/QB] its because resorts owe a "duty a care" and its the litigious ones who cannot take care of its own actions that sues the resorts.
