You certainly live up to your name there....
Quote:Firstly, management believe guests visit their resorts to rest, eat and enjoy the onsen. Period.Quote:Thirdly, international guests are a problem. Resorts here do not want foreign guests to visit. Their focus is domestic.----

Fair enough, Fattwins. Just that attitudes like this are just real tiring.....

It's not really just like driving a speeding car at all, now is it?
The possible consequences are not only the friends you're with at that time... but all of us, into the future.

Too much snow for them to consider opening up because of the danger of avalanche in that area. (And probably the staff needed to keep it open). They usually open it up in the spring.
As for the Dragondola - Prince wanted people who were riding the Kagura areas to stay in their lovely hotel (ahem). With them all being linked up, not only will they get more people stuffed in the hotel, but they are hoping to get more people to the area now that it's "bigger and better" and got "the worlds largest gondola".
At one point, the madmen were thinking of creating a new Kanetsu expressway IC exit - a tunnel from Tsuchitaru (where it comes out of the main tunnel into Yuzawa from Gunma) straight through to Naeba

Good. Not been out as much as I would have liked to because of work, but good when I have been out. Here's hoping for a long lasting epic.

Some idiot jumping off lifts.
But, hey, freedom and all that right, idiot??

Anyone else notice how lots of Japanese stay put after the last of the credits have gone up after a movie. That always makes me chuckle.

I wonder what % of 87 year olds are still having sex? Good going, man!

I'm not a fan of popcorn, normal cardboard is cheaper
I always have some chocolate and other goodies with me when I'm at the movies.

Me me! It was really good, I like that place. Not as much snow as I was hoping for, but it was open.

From what I can gather lots of kids get cash in envelopes. I don't like that idea, it just don't seem right to me. 4 years olds getting 5000 in a futo.

Williams being radical. Now there's something......

Went yesterday.
Twas good.
Not the best conditions by far, but a good first day out.

Good info that.
Not huge numbers yet, hey? I wonder how much the biggest snow depth will be of the season, and which resort?
-
I was up at Kagura. Snow was ok, certainly not the best for the place. Seen it much busier as well. A great day

Congratulations to you all.

Kagura is definitely the best.

I've been to 2 already, another 2 to go

Probably back in Canada.

Here we go again.
It seems likely that one of the Big Bullies who made Ocean11's childhood so utterly miserable was an Alien fan.
He's now getting his "revenge" on that Big Bully by this weak and pointless garbage that no-one is really interested in apart from his head.
Nothing changes....

I'm off to see it tonight, looks good, hope it is.
