I know, but i heard by train it is "only" 11 hours... i want good snow, so i think it will be worth going there. but the price is more important, so can anyone find out for me how much it costs to go there. they have a website www.hokutosei.net but it is all in japanese only, i cant understand anything can someone please have a look for me and tell me the prices and times Thanks

Hello guys, i might arrive in tokyo on wednesday or thursday next week and i want to go to nisko then. what is the best way to get there ( except flying). what about trains,heard about the hokutosei train,but how much does this one cost? Or is someone going there by car? Thanks

hey guys, i am going to japan from 16. till 23. of december! How about snowboarding at this time? Which (good) resorts have already open ? How are/were the snow conditions at this time of the season? Or shall i just stay 7 days in Tokyo? Thanks
