These days, the main (only) exercise I do is ride my bike.
But at the moment I am going out about 5 times a week and doing around 20km each time, so pretty decent I think.

I have been shocking! So bad!
Spent last week in Canberra cheering the young 'un on playing state water polo. Took Nanna Bear with me so we did the dining out and sightseeing thing. Now that I am back serious dedication not to be lazy is required!
Dedication, for sure. It really needs a real proper effort, doesn't it.
I'm in the groove now though, so the hardest part - getting into that groove - is done.

100km a week is my target for bike now. I know it's not an incredible number but the last month or so there have always been 2 maybe 3 days with it raining, so go to fit it in when I can.
Hit that number this last 7 days.
About what I'm trying to get done as well muika.
I am really quite into it at the moment.

Did 12km run last night.
Well most of it was running, just a few short breaks.
Felt pretty pleased with myself.

OK time for my annual spring thread! It always helps me in my quest to get into some sort of better shape for summer after predictably putting on a bit over autumn/winter.
My target this time is late July so I have about 3 and a half months.
Not keen on the old jogging now, but I'll put some of that in with the cycling which I am enjoying.

Mud run!?
I have been slacking a bit recently. Bad cold conditions have put me off and I have used them as an excuse.

Been messing around with it last night and think it is a really very useful part of the site.
I'll certainly make use of it for my trips might even get me to some other places that are closer than I imagined.
I promise not to blame you if I drive into a lake though.

Had some cheese on toast for lunch today. It was great. Some tabasco on there. Get the cheese starting to bubble and burn. Lovely.

Going well here too.
Trying to do as well as possible before rainy season messes up my bike rides which it often does.
