Me too. There seems to be a lot of luck with customs and the speed things go through.
It's fun tracking stuff though for sure. Even more fun actually getting stuff.

My g/f literally is in the bath/shower for close to an hour every day.
15 minutes is good for me.

I always like trying out different ji-biru though.

Pondering:
What does 'bottomless' mean anyway?

When is the vote then?

"I <3"
What does that mean Mr ippy?

I think my free allowance topped out at 5GB.

Looks like an 'independent' cheese, that one!

Wonder how does the cost/price of ski and board rental compare to other rental models?

never been, just trying to look cool.
I thought you were really cool, until I found that out.

A swapping of positions would be enough to make those thoughts change, I'm pretty sure.
I have a friend who has some rental apartments here in Japan. As Black Mountain just said, he doesn't make a huge amount on the places - Mr Wiggles mentioned it is a renters market, rental prices are kept low - and if he had to fix up things over and above what is vaguely termed 'wear and tear', it probably wouldn't be worth doing. He is in fact on the verge of getting out of it.

Shocking stuff going on over there.

As long-time anti-nuclear activist Harvey Wasserman explained, the
Spent fuel rods must be kept cool at all times. If exposed to air, their zirconium alloy cladding will ignite, the rods will burn and huge quantities of radiation will be emitted. Should the rods touch each other, or should they crumble into a big enough pile, an explosion is possible.
"In the worst-case scenario," RT adds,
the pool could come crashing to the ground, dumping the rods together into a pile that could fission and cause an explosion many times worse than in March 2011.

While the Reactor 4 building itself did not suffer a meltdown, it did suffer a hydrogen explosion, is now tipping and sinking and has zero ability to withstand another seismic event.
I thought it had been encased in a big steel structure?

What is an iota anyway?

The whole concept is messed up.
And I would be pissed if a guy came up on the first two days in my new house as well.
Talk about going about it entirely the wrong way.

What gets me is how some people send cards to people that they actually do not like.
I know this because my friend does it.
Politics.

I was given 6 of the Shiga Kogen jibiru last week. Very nice it is too, one of my fave jibirus.

Natsukashii ne, Tubbs. You'll be 'harking' for it soon enough!

I prefer Nara. If you are going to Kyoto and are not in a mad rush, I would advise checking our Nara at the same time.
