Can we use Travelex cash cards and Commonwealth Yen Cash cards at ATms in Hakuba.

I'm a first time user of a forum.We are coming to Hakuba for 2 weeks in January 2011.Can we use Travelex cash cards or Commonwealth Yen cash travel cards at the ATMs and Post office in Hakuba???Or is it advisable to bring Yen Cash.
