Hi, Just wondering if anyone could give me an idea of the approx room rate at naeba prince hotel in mid january for 4 nights (week nights) cant seem to find the cost snywhere? is there nay other hotels convienient to my naeba ski field sint he area? thanks

Ok Ive never skiied before so Im not too sure how much snow is skiiable on your personal opinion do you think I could be safe with 16-18?

Also when do you think the absolute earliest I could get away with at mt neeba? Is that more suited to beginners? thanks!

Yes I think I will try and limit it to honshu since Im only planning on skiing for a few days, when do you think the earliest in december I could make bookings and be sure there will be snow for kagura? thanks for all the replys!

Is kagura easily accessible from tokyo by shinkasen, approx how long would you say it takes? how much am i looking at for overnight accommodation there? is there many beginners slopes? cheers

ok so even if i do postpone my trip to December the skiing at the larger resorts are not garanteed to be decent or even open? I can only go in late novemeber to mid december unfortunately! as it will be my first time do you think man made snow will still provide a good experience? Also any idea of the price im looking at for lodging at the ski resorts? thanks alot!

Hi everyone, I am planning a trip to japan in november, I would like to try skiing for appox 2 days, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Karuizawa Prince ski resort? Ive heard its the only one open in mid - late november, is this resort any good or would you recommend taking the trip in december and going to one of the larger resorts such as GALA or mt naebo? cheers
