First of all, thanks a heap to everyone for the help. We will probably get a flight to Haneda. Bus being a cheaper option from haneda to hakuba is good to know. I would rather get on a shinkansen to Nagano. But wouldn’t be returning to Tokyo for at least 15-20 days. Is it possible to get a return ticket when the return date is that far apart? Also how much would that cost?

has anyone done this and have a rough idea how much it cost all up?

yeah sorry. long story short it was going to work out better for us to do Hokkaido first, even though it would have been nice the other way around.

mmm yeah that’s what I first thought, but after a lot of discussion with my mate we decided to get the pain in the behind flight, train and bus trip out of the way first up rather then when we are 3 weeks down into our trip

4 week boarding in japan, first 10 days in Niseko, rest in Hakuba, Shiga, and Nozawa.

I'm in the process of organising out my first Japan trip. I was wondering what is the best/fastest/cheapest way to get from Niseko to Hakuba. Thanks
