That is great advice. Thanks a lot. I am still having a little problem though.. To go to the Kagura area, is there a station called Mitsumata? Or do I take a bus from Echigo Yuzawa to Mitsumata? Thanks. -
Can anybody help me with this? I am travelling to Tokyo from 3rd Dec-6th Dec. Wish to make a day trip to Yuzawa... but understand Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort only opens on 12th Dec. Can I go explore using the Gondolas if I go Gala Yuzawa before 12th Dec? Had been reading the Gala Yuzawa website several times but am not able to find the information needed. Thanks a lot.
