There is more and less in places due to the wind that we have had overnight too. Whatever, lots of snow, which is great. :) Visibility is very limited at the moment. It's cold too. The latest Madarao Now report can be found here . Good morning from Madarao. More snow since yesterday and it has been falling early morning but has eased off now. As I write this there is some sun shining through the remaining clouds and some blue sky opening up. For the next few days there is a good chance of clearer skies and sunshine and while it is cold this morning things will be getting milder from tomorrow. Hopefully not be too much. Snow should be falling again as we enter the next week. We have had a lot of snow over the last three days and it has really given us a total refresh and there are really good conditions out there now. All tree runs at Tangram are now open too. Madarao itself was earlier reporting 'over 40cm' and I have measured just over 50cm. There's lots of it around and varying amounts too as it was blown around. Visibility is limited to poor this morning but people venturing out will be rewarded with some fine conditions. And people here tomorrow might get to see the sun too. Should be great. With the sun out, it should be an excellent morning with more of the same due tomorrow (maybe slightly milder tomorrow). After that, we should have more snow rolling in by the time Saturday morning arrives. Tomorrow is the Emperor’s Birthday national holiday, so if it seems busy for a weekday... that's why! At 7am Madarao was reporting 15cm of snowfall, there has been more since then and I have measured just over 20cm. It's snowing still and hopefully we will get a bit more out of these particular clouds. Come tomorrow, clear skies and sun are forecast. Should be great. For the moment this morning visibility is limited but the snow should be good. Snow isn't due to continue that long today and by the end of it we might see clearer skies. And clearer skies are due tomorrow. Looks like the next snow after today will be around Wednesday and before then it is going to be fairly mild especially on Tuesday.
