It is a lovely morning in Yuzawa, and a little warmer too. Here in town we are expecting it to warm up to around 24-25C today.

Yesterday ended up being rather cloudy and windy for most of the day, not the clear and sunny conditions that we were generally expecting.

Yesterday ended up being rather wet with rain falling into the evening. It was rather cold as well when I ventured out, put my jacked on.

The sun is out at the moment and above Yuzawa there's a mix of cloud and blue sky.

Today is going to be much warmer than yesterday.

Unfortunately, it's not a particularly nice one. Rain has been falling since yesterday evening and it has been a bit foggy in places too early on.

A few spots of rain in some places later in the day yesterday but generally cloudy.

It's another of those days when it's rather difficult to put an actual number on the snowfall - it was falling on and off during the day yesterday.

And it's snowing again!

The snow is just about easing off now after a day and night of on-off snowfall.

Well, things didn't really clear up yesterday - rather there was still snow falling in higher areas during the day, and a bit wet lower down.

It's really nice to see a layer of snow on the ground and on top of the car this morning... around 3-5cm around town areas, with more on the slopes as you go higher.

Yesterday that light snow didn't amount to much though at times and in higher areas it did continue to come down from the sky lightly. No new cm to add to the report though from the day yesterday...
