It was milder overnight and this morning we have a new delivery of 5cm or so of snow on the ground.

Yesterday wasn't the amazing blue sky day we got on the 24th, but a fine day all the same with good conditions to be found.

The sun came out yesterday and it quite quickly transformed into a very fine day. Sunny with almost clear blue skies.

And a very good Christmas Eve morning to you all from Niseko.

Probably around 10cm or so by the end of the day yesterday, result being just over 15cm of snow waiting for me outside here in Hirafu this morning.

Around 5cm of new snow to report this morning, so better than the last few.

Snowing pretty much all day yesterday again, with the winds ever present and getting stronger especially later in the day.

The snow and cold conditions continue here in Niseko, and there has been at least another 35cm of snowfall at base since my last report.

It's another good morning from Hirafu as I have 30-35cm of new snow to report here in the village since yesterday.

This is something more like it. Some decent snowfall yesterday afternoon and last night particularly and this morning there is 20cm of fresh snowfall to report from Hirafu.

Yesterday ended up with lovely blue skies above Niseko in the afternoon and this morning I just have another few cm to report.

So yesterday wasn't a particularly nice day.

Another 10cm or so of fresh snowfall here in the Hirafu area since the report yesterday with some nice snow coming down in the afternoon yesterday making for poor visibility on the mountain.

Best day of the early season so far yesterday with more terrain open and that fresh coating of snow to enjoy, with it snowing for most of the day in the end.
