More snow since yesterday folks and at least 15cm on the ground, resort reporting up to 20cm of fresh.

A nice day yesterday with the snow starting in the evening and this morning the resort is reporting 15-20cm of fresh snow on the slopes.

It was busy busy out there yesterday. Really busy. Car parks full kind of busy.

Today is the first day of the long weekend here and what a great start it is too.

Morning from Madarao Kogen. And it's snowing. Yes, around 5cm or so I reckon and some decent snowfall coming down now as I'm writing this.

No new snow that I can see on the ground this morning, though the resort seems to be claiming 5cm on the slopes.

Some good news this morning. The resort is saying it has 10-20cm of fresh snow on the slopes and I can confirm the former underfoot in the base village area.

Somewhat colder this morning in Madarao which is good news. Yesterday was too warm and too... wet.

A few cm of fresh snowfall to report from Madarao this morning with the resort saying there is around 5cm of new on the slopes.

After the rain of yesterday when we all got a bit wet eventually it did turn into snow.

We had a dose of rain last night I'm afraid. The good news is that it is holding off now at the moment for this morning.
