Yesterday we ended up with cloud and sometimes snow... with some snow falling this morning (though it's quite bright and eased as I write this).

14cm of snow to report from base, with the ski area reporting just over 20cm higher up.

A good 20cm or so of new snowfall this morning. Yesterday was fine weather generally with the snow clouds moving in over the evening and this fresh snow overnight.

OK so we had 20cm since last night, with a healthy 45cm since the last report yesterday. Conditions were a bit wild at times yesterday with strong winds.

It's cold and it's snowy. Perhaps not as much as we were expecting but still a good 15cm after starting last night.

Yesterday was had snow falling during the day but it eased off later on by night time. Today is going to be a mix of cloud and fine skies.

After the rain we quickly got back to snow to start off the new week and over 20cm of it on the ground too. Ski area reporting 37cm on upper areas.

Not a while lot to report right at the moment. Fine weather and no fresh snow just yet.

We did get some more snow and thankfully Geto usually snows in style - the ski area this morning is reporting 36cm of snow on its upper areas. Nice.

It's a calm and clear morning here in Geto Kogen.

We had to put up with rain yesterday but it turned into snow and this morning we have another Geto-like amount of fresh snow on the ground.

Lots of folk waiting for the Gondola this morning! And who can blame them.

More snow. And today is the first day of the season.

Another 25cm of it down on lower areas and add 10+ more higher up.
