A modest amount of snow to report this morning, though it's not enough to recover the almost spring-like conditions that the weekend served us.

Lots of rain yesterday, but it got cold enough that we have a few cm of new snow, and dense fog.

Well, after the rain we have a bit of snow. The ski area is reporting about 5cm, and I have measured slightly under 4cm.

It certainly was not a great weekend of weather for our snow, but at least this morning it is noticeable colder and the ski area is reporting 8cm of fresh snow on the top Yamabiko area.

We had to put up with rain yesterday along with mild conditions. Not great.

I do have some fresh snow to report this morning.

Light snowfall early this morning with loose snow on the ground.
