Unfortunately there is a lot of lift disruption this morning due to pesky winds. As of nearly 10am, three lifts at Hanazono are moving, but otherwise it is lower lifts only.

Some cloud this morning and quite a lot of blue sky.

It's a lovely morning. Nice and chilly, the sun is out, some friendly cloud hanging around. And not windy.

It is snowing this morning and it looks like we can expect 5-10cm of fresh snowy goodness out on the runs.

Cloudy with some light snow at the moment and I can report some more fresh snow. Yey. Let's keep it coming.

Good morning from Niseko and welcome to the weekend.

Kind of a dusting thing going on early this morning, enough for me to award 1cm to this report.

Good news again, with another layer of fresh snow.

It might not be a lot, but I am still happy to be able to report some fresh snowfall this morning. I have measured several cm of it and it is still snowing.

It is rather windy out there. On days like this, the Niseko Village webcam (showing the top of the gondola station) looks like it's enduring an ongoing strong earthquake.

It is a beautiful morning and it feels a bit colder.

We have had a sort of dusting of snow in places; best seen on the Niseko Village gondola roof.

Well, it's the last day of February and we end the month with... some rain and mild conditions. Not great.

As such I don't have a whole lot to report. What I can say is there's no new cm of snow and a largely cloudy start.
