Thanks to a small amount of fresh snow yesterday and exceedingly cold temperatures overnight conditions today are lovely.

It's a clear start this morning, with blue skies and 5cm of fresh snow dusted over the valley. The pistes are well groomed and fresh, still with pockets of powder to find from the recent snow storms.

It's a warmer start than it was yesterday, with the air temperature reading -4°C. There is little wind and the skies are mostly clear.

It's snowing in Mikuni valley, and we have had an accumulation for 19cm in the past 24 hours. It's a chilly morning here, with the air temperature maxing out at -8°C at the base.

"Storm Finn" has most certainly moved on from Mikuni valley, however the next bout of snow has already arrived!

It's a very different morning in Naeba today than it has been for the past few days. There are significant patches of blue sky, with some low, fluffy clouds clinging to the valley sides and peaks.
