Morning from Zao and there's more snow on the ground this morning.
The very cold conditions remain (-14C at top) and snow continues to fall.
Poor visibility again on mountain. So it's not the kind of conditions that everyone enjoys but some lovely snow.
For people who like a bit of sunshine and fine views, we're probably going to need to wait until perhaps Thursday for some of that and it looks like around Friday it will be milder - perhaps even temperatures going into low positive numbers.
All lifts apart from the following plan to be operating today:
Paradise Number 3 pair
Karamatsu pair
Yokokura Number 2 pair
All courses are open
Official snow depths (as published by the resort itself):
Summit - 100cm
Paradise - 170cm
Chuo - 170cm
Utopia - 130cm
Uwanodai - 100cm
Yokokura - 120cm
