The sun is creeping slowly upwards, however, upper levels still have fog but able to see ahead of you except for some murkiness at Paradise, Utopia and upper Kurohime. Still, there should be sunny spells ahead.
A good fall of snow last night and it continues very lightly so to no real effect. No more real snow until later on in the week and even then, nothing notable expected. Apparently heavy snow is expected on the Yamagata coast but not reaching here.
A bit of wind about today and with temperatures down, wrap up.
