Happy long weekend and people are really coming in. The weather is being kind this weekend as well.

A modest fall of snow since yesterday and currently it is overcast but the peaks can be seen. The sun should make an appearance later on and it promises to be a lot bluer tomorrow.

Probably best to stay away from the Zao Ropeway first stage once the tour buses start rolling and make your way up via the chairlifts if you want to go to the right side if the mountain.

Official snow depth

Summit: 160cm

Paradise: 215cm

Chuo: 215cm

Utopia: 250cm

Uwanodai: 160cm

All areas and lifts should be opening as scheduled.
