Yesterday it was snowing lightly for lots of the day but it really didn't amount to any new cm of snowfall at our measuring point - just 1cm since it was cleared after the report yesterday morning.
Uniform grey clouds cover the sky this morning above the region and while it is a chilly start to the day the temperature is forecast to get up to around +3C later on this afternoon in town.
Precipitation is possible later on - hopefully snow, possibly of rain/sleet in town - but it should be snowing from the early hours of tomorrow and through the day tomorrow, and potentially be quite windy too. Need to keep an eye on that as it might affect lifts are some resorts.
For the moment things seem calm this morning.
I have to post an early report this morning, meaning that I am posting this before most ski resorts have published any information for the day - but I expect ski resorts to be open as normal this morning.
