Good morning from Yuzawa.
The snow is back, continuing on and off during yesterday and then getting heavier at times during the night. Just measured 24cm of it. Ski areas that report are reporting the numbers you can see below... Kagura says it has got 50cm since yesterday.

It is still snowing now, but due to ease off sometime this morning. Currently around 0C. Less wind today and ski areas should be opening.
Beyond today there's no snow shown as likely on the weekly forecast, with a much bigger chance of clearer skies, sunshine and warming temps. By the weekend we might see temps hitting double digits in town during the daytime.

Kagura have announced that from 19th March the top Number 5 pair lift will be open until 2pm. Right now it closes at 1pm.
