Well, we did get some rain yesterday though it was wet snow at higher elevations. And this morning there was even a thin layer of snow, just about allowing me to add 1cm to this report. Kagura are reporting 10cm of fresh snow.
The sun is out again this morning and it is remaining quite mild. There are a few small clouds here and there, but it is almost clear. (The clouds on the Maiko image below have cleared by now). Today should see the warmth of around 7C in town.
It's the last day of February already. Kind of hard to believe. But what a February it has been. The most snowfall in one report this season was 101cm on 6th February. And we reported snowfall at base on 21 days in February (and 61 days so far this season).
