Good morning from Yuzawa.
After that completely clear start to the morning yesterday, today we start with more cloud around. Forecasts generally predict a fair chance of some sun this morning, with mostly cloudy conditions from late morning. There's a cool looking sea of cloud over the Minamiuonuma valley (see image below).
Weekend weather? Tomorrow we will probably get rained on in town, and might be lucky to get some snow at higher elevations.
Sunday should see a return to sunny skies.
Beyond that, there is a chance we get snow in town around Tuesday/Wednesday next week.
