Posted on Friday 1st April 2016 This is an archived report. The latest Yuzawa Now report can be found here.
It's a bright morning but I almost can't tell if it's just hazy or overcast. Or maybe both! But the sun is out and it's a warm morning already. Yesterday I was driving along Route 17 near Ishiuchi and the temperature message board said... 20C! Similarly warm conditions are forecast for today along with these sunny conditions continuing. Maybe slightly less warm tomorrow, but still sunny.
Yesterday was also the last day of the season for NASPA Ski Garden and (not surprisingly) Yuzawa Park as well. A few more resorts plan to continue on until the end of Sunday and then we will just be left with Kagura, GALA Yuzawa and Kandatsu Kogen.
Rain is due sometime between later on Sunday and Monday and there's a good chance that it'll be rain up at Kagura as well.
