The clouds did move in yesterday morning and it started snowing - and actually quite heavily at times - but in the end we didn't really end up with much around town.
On the mountains, Maiko Snow Resort is reporting 5cm and Kagura are reporting... 30cm. Presumably that is up top, as it looks more like 5cm on the cars at base.
The sun is out and it is a beautiful morning. It already feels quite mild and we expect the temperature to rise to around 10C in town today. More of the same is due for tomorrow.
