The snow continued during the day yesterday. Light at times, heavy at times. It was also varying degrees of windy too. There has been 14cm of snow since yesterday (during the daytime and evening) at our town measuring point.
It is clear this morning and definitely calmer, though still a bit of wind around. It should be a fine day with some excellent snowy conditions to enjoy whichever ski area you are at.
Kagura and GALA Yuzawa were closed for the day yesterday, but they are both back open this morning.
(Note that yesterday Kagura were mentioning that the connecting course between Tashiro Area and Kagura Area might be closed today, so if you want to get to Kagura Area, best to start at Mitsumata Ropeway).
