It kept on snowing all day yesterday with strong noisy winds at times.
Overnight more snow and there's up to 20cm or so on top of the car since last night so add that to what we got in the daytime and there's a good new layer of fresh snow on the slopes this morning. Kagura are reporting 50cm of snow since yesterday, and as the top was closed there yesterday conditions should be pretty amazing up there this morning. Got to be careful not to get stuck in it!
Conditions should be great pretty much everywhere today.
Light snow is still falling but it is bright and feels like it is going to clear up. There is some blue sky visible up there and my guess is that give it another few hours and we'll be enjoying clearer and sunny conditions.
A quick look at the forecast... warmer conditions tomorrow and even the chance of rain before we switch back into snow mode? Noooo! Collective fingers crossed please.
