Kagura is still requesting folks from areas outside Niigata Prefecture (covered by the government emergency declaration) to refrain from 'unnecessary and urgent' visits. I'll just leave that there.
Anyway, weather wise it is going to be a fine day with clear skies and sunshine. Starting off with a bit of spring-like hazy kind of feel. We will also get some warmth that we have been missing the last few days, closing in on 20C in town.
Tomorrow probably won't be quite as warm and a mix of cloud and sun.
Looks like there is increasing chance of rain over the weekend and early next week.
