Kagura this morning are reporting 10-20cm of fresh snowfall which is good to hear - just a little down here in town and while it hasn't amounted to much on the ground the trees are looking frosted once again as I write this (more so the higher you go), and it is of course better than the rain of yesterday. It is feeling colder this morning as well and while we might get to see the sun today some proper decent snowfall is forecast overnight tonight and into tomorrow.
So I very much look forward to reporting that tomorrow.
Maiko Snow Resort were hoping to be able to open from tomorrow but they have announced that to be delayed and will give an update tomorrow afternoon. Iwappara and Joetsu Kokusai also on standby and no doubt Yuzawa Park the same.
Basically they are all just waiting for snow. Hopefully I'll be bringing you some good news tomorrow...
