It's a bit crazy up here at the moment with snow, wind and limited visibility... not to mention the cold.
Early morning Yakebitaiyama was reporting 40cm... there'll be more than that by now. Okushiga Kogen is reporting 60cm. The wind is blowing it all about and so one of those mornings when it is difficult to pin down a number.
Webcams are either busy or you can't see anything on them.
People lined up on the road in Hasuike at the moment. But quite a few lifts are delayed or won't be moving in this weather.
The weather will perhaps have eased off somewhat by tomorrow but we are still expecting snow perhaps until Monday.
