Good morning from Shiga Kogen.

More snow from yesterday, but this morning things are calmer and clearer... there's even some sunshine at the start of the day and blue skies. Lovely.

Going to be an excellent morning to be on the slopes. Cold early on so wrap up well.

We may get some light snow at times by tomorrow but sun is expected on Sunday. A return to fresh snowfall looks due early in the week.

Monday is a national holiday in Japan, so it's a 'long weekend' coming up.

Just a few course areas still not available now - perhaps they will open for the weekend?
