Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
And what a fine morning it is!
There was a lot of cloud around when I got up earlier on. Less now, though it's varied depending on where abouts in the area you are. Right now I am posting this report from the southern Kumanoyu area where there's some fast moving cloud but there is also blue sky and the sun is shining through the breaks in the clouds at times.
There should be snow falling once again tomorrow and then decent snow likely once again before the middle of next week.
Today is 'back to work' for a lot of people but those being able to stay behind should be enjoying themselves today.
