A dusting of new snow is about all we had this morning but it was snowing early on but... it's actually quite nice now, here in Maruike anyway. Clouds cleared a bit and some sky to see, the sun even peeking through as well.
Calm before the storm perhaps as we are still being told to expect heavy snow tonight over a wide region along with a return to some extremely cold temperatures and a real mid-winter feel.
There should be lots of fresh for the new year.
